Groin Stretch

A Stretch For The Groin

  1. Sit with back straight, knees bent and place feet together.
  2. Place hands on the front of lower leg.
  3. Press down with your forearms until you feel a stretch through the groin area.
  4. Hold for five seconds and repeat three times.
