Katrina Cooper is Alternative Way to Health's senior Remedial Therapy practitioner and commenced practice in 1995. With many years of hands on remedial therapy experience, Katrina has developed a distinctive treatment style that focuses on pain relief and management. Katrina is proficiently trained in remedial therapy, trigger point therapy, myotherapy, lymphatic drainage, pre and post pregnancy massage, oncology massage, reflexology and can also correct foot issues through orthotic casting.
