Alternative Way to Health remedial therapy and skin needling clinic was founded in 1995 by Remedial Therapist Katrina Cooper. Katrina began practicing from a small room in Mayfield and within a few years branched out into the Merewether area and then established the clinic at 1 Hugh Street Merewether in 2000.
At Alternative Way to Health remedial therapy and skin needling clinic symptoms such as joint pain, headaches, migraines, lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain are all successfully treated in the clinic; whilst specific skin concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, acne, pigmentation and scars can also be treated.
Our therapists can help you in the treatment of chronic pain, stress related conditions or trauma injuries of the body and skin or facial issues or problems through non-surgical aesthetic facial treatments.
We offer remedial massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, oncology massage and relaxation treatments.
We are an Authorised Treatment Provider of the Dermapen 4 skin needling device and recommend and stock the DP Dermaceuticals range of products.
We also have a beauty therapist who provides gel nail manicures, pedicures and waxing treatments.
